Intolerably loud and obnoxious music. Had to leave.

"Great quality and variety, with staff who are professional without making you feel watched—unlike other stores that make customers feel like thieves."

Initial customer service was ok. Bought a black pair of converse that my daughter needed for a dance camp. She wore them 3 days for that and a couple (2-3) times after that since they were going to be school shoes. We've owned the shoes less than 1 month. The metal eyelet at the base of the tongue came unattached. We went to talk to them with the box and the receipt. They wouldn't even look at them because they were worn, nor would they look at the receipt. Their solution was for me to donate the basically new pair of shoes for a discount on another pair. Such a disappointment that they don't have a process for defective shoes. Not sure how else the eyelet would not stay where the lace goes through. Other shoe places in the same parking lot. Won't be going there again.

The staff was really nice and I was offered help in finding desired products within a few minutes of entering. They had a clean bathroom too.

Went there with my wife to get her a. Pair of shoes for her first mothers day with our new baby girl in the world. I told her get any pair she wanted....and I lucked out because the ones she wanted were on clearance haha. But real talk they had a ton of sweet shoes with a ton of brands. I fancy Nikes, and I almost ended up buying myself a pair too. Super helpful staff, even the security gentleman when we walked in was helpful. I hadn't been to a brick and mortar shoe store in quite some time, and I will return here in the future for shoe needs.
