- KMKimberly MayJul 7, 20255.0I was at DSW Randhurst in Mt Prospect right before the July 4th 2025 holiday and had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Josh. I had a unique situation that was very out of the ordinary. Josh took the time to explain my options and provided me the contact information I needed. When the contact people told me they could not help me, Josh personally took over and worked magic is the best way to describe it. He then called me to let me when how the issue was resolved. I have NEVER had a retail manager go out of there way to solve a problem like this AND to actually call and update you - AMAZING! Oh and DSW Randhurst is a great location with excellent, knowledgeable staff.

- SMSara MJun 23, 20252.0Too expensive for a shoe "warehouse." People who travel abroad know that most of these shoes they carry are only a fraction of cost. Here they have shoes above $100, at a"warehouse" price, whereas, I found a beautiful pair on actual clearance price a few stores down at Macy's! No wonder this place is so empty most of the time. Businesses do not know ow how to "business" any more. Also, clean the dirt mirrors and vacuum the floor once in a while please!
- LPLauren PJun 22, 20251.0I don't know where to begin when it comes to talking about the terrible experience I had. Julia the "manager" needs to be retrained immediately! I used to love coming to this location. I used to love coming here because of how close it was. I also loved it here because of the, what used to be, kind and attentive staff, now it's went to garbage. I went in the other day trying to get a coupon and Julia made me seem like I was some burden. She was very belligerent, unfriendly and catty. Never stepping foot in this establishment again after the way I was treated. If this is the type of people the company hires then I don't even think i'll support DSW at all!
