Friendly staff. Easy to find the store. Lots of other stores in the complex. Not a big formal shoe range when we went.

I wanted to donate my shoes to their charity program, and was told I must add my email. So they did and physically showed me on the screen "opt out of email notifications." But there's somewhere around 15 emails, and they signed me up (without my consent) for the VIP program.
