They greeted me right away and were very helpful when I asked about additional sizes. The woman looked up the shoe on the app for me and gave me some additional info. She even came back and gave me a coupon they had that ended up giving me 20% off and saved me over $20. The girl that checked me out was also very friendly and signed me up for their rewards program so I could use the coupon. The store was so clean and organized as well. I would definitely come back.

The selection here is next level — far better and more varied than any other branch I’ve visited. From trendy sneakers to clearance heels, they had everything I didn’t know I needed. The staff? Quietly kind and incredibly accommodating — the kind who let you browse in peace but are instantly helpful when you need sizing or assistance. This DSW is organized, well-stocked, and surprisingly stress-free to shop in. A rare retail unicorn. Will definitely be back! (P.S. Clearance section = hidden gem. Don’t skip it.)

They've discontinued tiered discount pricing based on sticker price colors; instead, everything is 30% off now. Still good deals. Staff is always pleasant. This store has a restroom for customers, which is most appreciated! All stores do not. Restroom is always clean too. This store is my preferred location.
