DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse is where Shoe Lovers go to find brands and styles that are in season and on trend. Each store features 25,000+ pairs of designer shoes for men and women from brands like Nike, Cole Haan, Sperry Top-Sider, Puma, Dr. Scholls, New Balance, TOMS, Vince Camuto and more. And shoes are just the beginning. Handbags, accessories, and kids’ shoes are also there—ready for customers to find just what they need. Plus, our free Rewards program, DSW Rewards, gives perks to its members (like Rewards certificates, offers, and other great stuff). Just shop, earn, and enjoy—it’s as easy as that. Because shoes say a lot about you—so say something great.

Store cashier was incredibly rude. She refused to look at us a she called us to her check out station. This looking in another direction continued throught the transaction and when i asked a question she responded in a hostile tone, did not offer a sale bag for the shoes and when we asked if anything was wrong she was very dismissive. Really made us feel uncomfortable. I dont think we will go back to this location again.

I tried to call and they literally picked up the phone and hung it up multiple times. Completely unacceptable.

Staff and store are great. But our family is noticing that sneakers are now made for looks, not for a decent fit. There are so many embellishments that most of them make today's formerly top sneakers incredibly uncomfortable. If I were DSW, I'd tell management this. Just a few years ago, sneakers were getting more and more $ worthy: both new looks + fantastic fit and comfort. Wth happened to our best sneaker companies? If you spend $100-$200 sneakers should not hurt.
