I have purchased 2 items and after checkout I requested the cashier to pack it separately I have to give 2 different people. But she refused and said that only bag is allowed for one customer. I have seen this kind of behavior first time in store ever for just one bag.

Spent $80...store had a deal not posted to spend $89 and get a free bag and no one mentioned it in the store the entire time. I returned a pair of shoes and purchased $80 worth...it would have been nothing to add a $9 purchase. Team not very informative or pushing incentives.

Obviously it's geared towards women but they have footwear for men. My only issue is my sneakers were labeled by DSW as a running shoe. When the shoe manufacturer Puma, had the shoe on their website as a training shoe. Their labeling can mislead customers, the type of shoe should be listed the same as the manufacturer.
