The store is bright and clean and large and it's easy to find what you need. They always seem to have sales going on.

- BBBlessedOct 17, 20251.0Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience at DSW Easton Location Dear DSW Customer Service, I recently spoke with Lisa, who identified herself as the manager at your Easton location, and I was extremely disappointed by the interaction. Lisa was by far the rudest manager I have ever spoken with. Her unwillingness to assist me regarding the $10 reward I was supposed to receive from my return at the Easton store was mind-blowing. Instead of offering any assistance or clarification, she was argumentative, dismissive, and rushed me off the call without providing a resolution. If this is the level of service customers can expect from DSW management, I will strongly reconsider where I do business in the future. Respectfully, Adrian
