- BYBrandie Young2 days ago1.0I was in a hurry, needed a pair of shoes to match my outfit. Never bought anything from here before the cashier knew I was new because my phone number was not registered or or my email. She asked me if I wanted to waterproof the shoes. I said sure I asked how much it was. She said 899 at home walked around in the shoes didn’t fit me properly. I took them back an hour and a half later and they charge me for the waterproofing and would not refund it. Nothing was set at purchase. It was nonrefundable and the lady that checked me out acted like she had no clue why I was being charged 899. She said it was taxes. I walked outside, looked at my receipt and realized the waterproofing went back in and she said oh yeah that’s not something we do literally had to choose an hour and a half you’re welcome. We’ll never go back. We’ll tell everybody.
- MJM JOct 13, 20253.0Found some good shoes from clearance rack with what were described as having an additional discount for the purple sticker. The staff at the register were very pushy about signing up for "points" even after attempting to decline giving my information. I was told I would get an additional discount if I signed up. Ended up not true, paid the original expected price which I was already fine with, just wish they wouldn't have been so insistent on having to give my info for a store I rarely go to.
