I came in a half hour before closing. I had been there earlier that week so I already knew what I was getting and I understood that because of the brand name that only 1 shoe was out& the other behind the register. However the 2nd pair that I picked appeared to be the same situation I moved quickly& headed to the register. Waited in line and then was told that the 2nd pair that I had was a display shoe & I needed to go back and get it. I have a 6 year old & 1 year old w/me so I’m thinking she would radio to someone on the floor to go get it but no she made go back. I grab my children and go back and get the shoe. It’s 5 mins before closing at this point and she (Tracy) let another person infront of me and I continue to wait. I rang up my purchase and still try to straighten up what my youngest has displaced at the front end. I have worked retail so I get it when it’s close to closing. But I could have been out quicker had she just radioed for some to get the display shoe for me. I don’t ever want ppl to get fired but I would like a write up or talking too cause Tracy really irritated me for making me walk all the back and not even holding my place cause she insisted I go back and get the shoe.

Walked up to the order pick up counter and was immediately met with an attitude by cashier Lynette. When I approached the counter she was having a personal conversation with her coworker and continued for a couple minutes. No greeting no high hello just your ID and order number. I explained I was picking up an order for my wife. Lynette immediately replied, “ Did she put you down as a pickup person?” I said I don’t know but I do have my ID. She then asked me for the order number and when I proceeded to say the order number she replied with hold on in a rude tone. Honestly felt like she didn’t wanna be there. This went on for a good 4-5 minutes and then she asked me for the order number again. I gave it to her and she found my order. She then asked for an email that shows the order was ready for pick up which I showed her and my ID. I had all the necessary info required she was just in a miserable mood. I hope retailers understand just how important customer service is in today’s age. She’s rude and should not be dealing with people in that manner.

My experience was very enlightening. There was an issue with my online purchase, but, management stepped right up and solved it expediently. The Telegraph location team are very professional and polite as usual. I really like this location 😌
