- SSSJun 1, 20251.0The workers have an unpleasant attitude and talk nasty to customers. I tried on about 8 - 9 shoes around the store and put back most of them on the shelf. I left 3 pairs out when taking the final selection to the register. First of all, they tried to charge me $20 more than the advertised price, and I had to insist for them to actually go check the advertised price on the shelf before they corrected it at the register. Second, the lady kept complaining like "oh you're the one who left a big mess over there" and "that was such a mess" and "I had to clean all that up" etc... with such an ugly attitude. Umm, okay, so if you don't like putting away shoes after customers, then maybe consider quitting instead ofI'm harassing the customer. I tried on multiple shoes looking for a comfortable pair and bought the best one. Did I 100% clean up everything I took out? No. But did I make a big mess without any thought? NO. I put away most of it. And there's no requirement for customers to clean up to a certain standard. It's just courteous of us not to make a mess. So the workers should NOT be harassing customers just because they don't like their job. So rude and stupid.
