The worst customer service- we were checking out and the lady was just plain rude. And when I declined to put in a phone number she responded with a snarky comment! The one in Euless is sooo much better

I’m really big on customer service. The workers didn’t speak. I walked by 3 workers and none of them said anything. I got to the register and waited while the manger was standing there and nothing.

Horrible customer service experience this evening!
I encountered 6 employees in total, who looked my way, didn't speak, did not smile, they just walked past me or just looked away and pulled out their phones. I watched other associates and they barley spoke to any customers in the store. Nothing! Young people, stay off your phones and pay attention to your surroundings.
I came to the Southlake location to purchase two pairs of Brooks Ghost for a retreat next week. I didn't want to drive to the Euless store near Glade because I just moved to Grapevine. After the service I received at Southlake today, I will drive to the Euless store tomorrow where the customer service is always a 10 plus.
Southlake you guys definitely need to do better in customer service.
This was sad.
