I was kindly greeted and my questions answered the moment I walked through the door. Cashier was professional and very kind. I have big feet so I could not find many shoes for a women's size 10 or 10.5. My shoe size must sell out fast. I did find two pairs though after some searching. Glad I could get my new suede shoes treated with shoe protectant for $8.99. Good idea and lasts up to two months of regular wear. Great service, shoe styles, and great sales.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this DSW location. From the moment I entered the store, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and displayed a complete lack of customer service. One associate in particular — a woman with short hair wearing white — made extremely inappropriate and unfounded accusations. While visibly shopping on the clock, she loudly stated over her walkie-talkie that my party and I were “going to walk out with merchandise” and that we were “playing it off” because we saw her. This was said in front of us, without any justification and before we had even begun shopping.
Not only was this behavior embarrassing and humiliating, but I still purchased the item I was accused of attempting to steal. The experience felt rooted in unconscious bias and was completely uncalled for. After this incident, the rest of the staff continued to treat us with clear disrespect and lacked any basic professionalism.
I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or unfairly targeted in a retail environment. Management and HR need to address this kind of behavior immediately. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I will not be shopping at this location again.
