    Very poor customer service. Online orders (buy online, pickup in store) are a disaster. They cannot find/lose your order or NEVER pulled it from the sales floor. By the time you're done standing in a long line because they only will staff 1 cashier at a time, you could've went in there and got the shoes off the shelf yourself or went on Amazon (if you are buying the same shoe or know your size and fit depending on brand) and avoided all the headache

    I was given 2 different sizes for my shoe (a women’s 9, and a men’s 9), which I didn’t discover until I made it home. The cashier confirmed they were both size 9 at the time of purchase, so I didn’t have any reason to think I needed to check. I don’t live in LR, so it was a bit of an ordeal for me to come back and rectify the situation. They gave me a new shoe no problem, but they wouldn’t spray any protectant on my new shoe as I paid for on the original pair. I also wasn’t offered a discount spray since it was only 1 shoe, nor was I able to get 2, plain untreated shoes. Additionally, I was not allowed a refund to my original form of payment for the original spray. Overall, this was not the way to resolve this situation from a customer service point of view. Edit: the cashier actually took my treated shoe back, so now I am out the money of the spray with no protected shoes whatsoever. One of the shoes has also been pre-creased.

    i have been there 3 times i love the products there. but i hate the service of the cashier she discriminates me has a bad attitude towards me. i still go back but dont want to see her 🥲

    Customer service went above and beyond to help me . They offered discounts to my order that I would not have known of asking and offered to find another size and have it delivered free to my home instead of saying we are out!
