- MDMr DenlyJul 18, 20254.0Angela (Manager) was excellent! She cleared up a problem for me when the other manager got angry for not knowing policy. I am not upset if you say "I do not know the answer.." but getting angry because a customer asks a question is not cool. A manager should know the policy and if they don't they could at least find out and give an answer. Angela was great, she knew the answer and accepted feedback. Thanks🙂

- TMTiffany MasonMay 11, 20251.0The customer service at this store is lacking a lot. I received a email stating my online order was ready for pickup. I drove over an hour to get the shoes and was told an employee had to have got the order and marked it as in stock and ready to pick up but they in fact did not have the shoes in stock. So I wasted my time driving an hour away from my home just to be told rudely that they didn't have them, and couldn't order them for me at the price l paid online. The employee (I'm assuming was the manager) said there was nothing she could do about it Although I called customer service and they had no problem getting them shipped at the price I had paio originally. I was not even upset about the shoes not being there but that one employees attitude changed my mind real quick. She could have been nicer and probably done more to help me get them but it was time for them to start getting ready to close about an hour from the time l arrived. Terrible place at bridge street in Huntsville Al and we will not be back. Just to be clear the only employee that had a terrible attitude was the manager at the time.

They have almost every type of ordinary shoe (non-sports) that you could need. Staff is extremely helpful. They no longer give military discounts at that location but it doesn't deter me from shopping there in the slightest.
