I purchased silver sandals for my sons wedding, while wearing them I noticed a small flaw in the sparkly band across the toe. I tried to exchange them, & was told " we cannot take back worn shoes " This is a manufacturer defect. I understand that they cannot be certain of how/ when the flaw occurred. was I supposed to go barefoot at the wedding? I worked in retail for many years as a manger. I know things can " damaged out" in the name of customer service. The loss in shrink is probably larger that the exchange of these shoes. I wiil not be shopping at DSW any longer.

Very disappointed that they no longer have the color coded additional discounts in the clearance section. The clearance prices are very high for clearance especially without the additional color coded additional discount from 10% to 70% that they apparently no longer give. The color on the shoe is the standing price. No additional discounts given. The signs were no longer displayed and only had the word clearance displayed now in red. No green, no purple, no blue, no yellow reference a to the additional 10-70% off. And if you're a DSW shopper, you know exactly what I'm talking about. I couldn't find a single pair of shoes in the clearance section for less than $39.95. So I doubt I'll be back.
