- TATessa AdamsAug 18, 20251.0My experience with the DSW store in Norman was highly unsatisfactory. I had purchased a pair Nike shoes for back to school shopping for my son on 8/8/25. My son had worn them one time on the first day of school and complained about them being to tight after wearing them all day. I had went to exchange the shoes for a bigger size on 8/18/25 just ten days later. The lady at the register said they were too worn to return. I had even purchased the additional shoes perseveration treatment that was an extra 8.99$. With everything being so costly these days I wanted to write about my experience so other people will be extremely cautious purchasing from here because their return stipulations are extreme. In my opinion paying 70 dollars for one time use especially with their upcharge extra protection spray is a rip off and highly unprofessional
