The way this place is laid out is odd. Womens shoes end up being on two sides of the store, with men and kids between the dress shoes/boots and the athletic shoes/loafers. You can't find staff on the floor for assistance. Overall seemed poorly stocked.

I love being able to find just the right shoes for every occasion. This time I bought a new pair of tennis shoes, and thank goodness that in this economy, it's a blessings being able to find the right shoes for the perfect price, plus donating what I'm not using in my closet helps others and I get rewarded, it's a win, win! Totally recommend it. Oh, and the employees are helpful and friendly too 🥰⚘️

Lisa, the “manager” was the most condescending unprofessional worker I’ve ever encountered at this DSW. Not only did she talk down to me like a child but she was very unhelpful when I explained to her my situation and how it was difficult for me to return to the store to return my items. I used tap pay to pay but apparently I cannot use tap pay for the refund. When I told her I didn’t have the physical card with me she returned with “you don’t have a card” in a very snarky manner. The most unprofessional person.
