- JCjewel cooperSep 27, 20251.0Went in today to make a return for items that were NOT used, but just no longer needed. The guy behind the counter asked the reason for returning each item, I explained the shoes came later and I ordered them elsewhere. I responded I didnt need the purse anymore, meaning not that I had used it and was just returning it, but did not use it and was returning it due to me not needing it for the event. Im not sure if he thought it was the original reason, because he just laughed condescendingly afterwards, I didn't like the interaction at all and think customer service could be improved.

There was one pair of shoes I wanted to buy that had one price on display but rang up differently. I explained to the salesperson that the price was wrong and her attitude was horrible. After she verified that the price was what I said I decided not to buy the shoes. She then stated that they would honor the price that was displayed. I told her I didn’t want them and that her attitude was awful and that would have left the other pair if I didn’t need them tonight. My money is valuable and I have options where to spend it. One place I won’t is this location.

I put them on and walked around the store (you know, just to make sure they fit well) and low and behold; found another pair I didn't know I needed. 1\2 off 2nd pair, you can't go wrong.
