- FAFatima AbukarAug 6, 20251.0I visited the Laurel location recently and had a disappointing experience with a staff member who appeared to be a manager. She was giving instructions to a younger employee, which made it clear she was in some sort of leadership role, but she wasn’t wearing a name tag, which I’m pretty sure is against company policy. She was an African American woman with platinum silver nails. When I approached the counter, she didn’t greet me, make eye contact, or speak at all during the transaction, aside from asking if I was a rewards member and if I needed a bag. The lack of basic customer service was honestly baffling. If I hadn’t been in a rush to deliver the shoes I bought to a friend who was traveling, I would’ve stayed long enough to find out the names of her higher ups and a contact number.

I kind of think the prices of all of the shoes are a little pricey because I don’t really think the shoe quality is genuine leather or made of any good quality. Sure there are name brands like ???? Nonetheless, I really need a good pair of shoes. Actually, I could use 1-3 new pairs of shoes. The store was large inside, the store smelt amazing! The store was quiet. Staff and customers are all pleasant. No one bothered me or followed me around the store anticipating my purchase! Voila! I found four styles to try in! WOW! Three out of the four, felt good on my feet! Yes! I am excited, happy, and amazed! I purchased one pair of shoes $ 52.99 by Kelly & Katie!!!I will be back!!! Absolutely!👍
