- THTyler HaleAug 25, 20251.0Don't shop here, employees where are the shoes for the day or for the night and then put them back, been there a few times found a few shoes that have been worn and say it's just carpet wear and tear around the store which I really doubt that, then the manager told me he could clean them so I asked him to do it and then he said there was going to be a cleaning fee so right there you can tell he's lying and the shoes he's wearing right now is probably brand new from the store, people that work in the shoe stores you got to be careful because they will wear the shoes the whole day or even wear them home and return them in the morning and get a new pair no one would ever know so please keep an eye on what you buy especially if they're $100 shoes or even more

The gotcha was no discounts on Birkenstocks.where the sign was sitting. DSW has a lot of discounts that are hard to use. It is a new low to have a sign pointing to a discount then not allowing it
