Everything about the store was great until Victoria came up to us and very rudely stated “you know we are closing right” it was 7:55. I had three pairs of shoes in my hands that I planned on purchasing until my encounter with her. She made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I decided to put 2 pairs of the shoes back due to her attitude. (I have an orientation to attend on Monday so I had no choice but to purchase the one pair) and she decided to follow me to the checkout and very rudely say “so you didn’t want these?” Obviously not Victoria. I have worked in the customer service industry my entire life and I’m reaching out to DSW to let you know you DO NOT want an employee like Victoria working for your company. She has zero appreciation or respect for your company and she is losing you a significant amount of money. I live very close to this location and I will not be returning. The best part was Lee when she cashed us out. Very sweet young lady.
