My mother took my daughter here to get some new shoes this morning. The man who was checking them out tried to sign my mom up for a membership, and my mom politely declined and asked for her veteran's discount to be applied. The young female down the counter apparently "gleefully" told my mom that her discount didn't apply to Nike shoes, and that if my mother had bothered to read the sign, she would have known that. Well, my mother looked at the sign and noted that it only said "*exclusions apply". The young female purportedly "sauntered" away, offering no apologies or further information.
To this young female, my mother is a lady, and a fine woman, who suffered greatly for her service to this country. She gave willfully of herself to defend the US Constitution from all enemies, NO EXCLUSIONS, NO KINGS. She didn't deserve the attitude, she deserved information and maybe a little empathy. She endured the stuff of nightmares, and all she wanted was a rightfully earned discount on shoes for her granddaughter. To this day, if my mom were called on to defend you from unjust, criminal harm, she would, on principle. You took pride in informing her that she couldn't get a discount on shoes for her granddaughter. You are not the same.
I took no oath. My principles are different. I'm not above teaching manners to entitled brats. I hope we never meet.

Great selection, great prices and a very clean store! The Clearance Section selection was outstanding and quite fair. Like most corporate locations, they seem to be trying to squeeze the most out of their employees/scheduling - as if its still COVID times so as long as you dont need help... its 5 star!

One of the associates, Gabriella, is AMAZING! I drive to this store to place my online orders if they don't have it available for me to pick up that day just so the store gets credit because this individual is amazing.
They have this great program to protect your shoes and you pay $8.99 to spray and protect your shoes and you can get it done every 3 months. There was an issue with the machine and they were great they replaced my shoes because they had gotten soiled and said when they come in to get them taken care of. The Manager on the other hand is the most disrespectful rude passive aggressive individual I have ever had the displeasure of having to have an interaction with at this store. I called corporate but was told that nothing would happen since she is most likely the manager of the store. She told me I had to have my receipt for something that she was able to look up on my account. She was rude and when I said goodbye would not acknowledge me in any manner. If her employees had done this they would have been fired. I have been in the store several times and she is always Moody does not look professional in her grooming or her attire and has a poor attitude and will rarely say hello. The one star is for the manager obviously not for the phenomenal Associates that I've had the pleasure to meet. Oh when I asked the manager for her name she refused to give it to me.

What happened to this store? They used to be so good. The men's shoe selection is now every mortician's dream come true. Please, show us on the Aldo doll where PayLess touched you.
