- CSC ShineAug 29, 20255.0I shop here often, yes for shoes. They have bags and some small items you could buy as gifts like stocking staffers. I will arrive to the store with a particular shoe style in mind and go from there. The aisles are very well organized so youre not being forced to look at sandals when you need heels. There's a men's selection too.
- AMAngela MaldonadoJul 18, 20251.0Went in to buy a pair of shoes on the weekend and when I asked for help to find the pair I saw online the associate said she couldn’t go to the back and look for them and needed to stay on the floor that I could do a pick up order and come back the next day which I did The next day I noticed I ordered the wrong size so I needed to do a exchange which she said she would have to refund me and buy the new pair which I had mentioned to the cashier Jessica who is a “manager “ that I dont have the card if we could do cash or gift card and use it for the exchange which she completely ignored me and said she couldn’t hear me due to me having my son with me And did the refund to the card anyways then said she couldn’t fix it and I would need to call customer which I did and they told me the store needs to be able to give me my money I called today spoke to manager and they told me they can’t do nothing about it and they can’t give me my money back and I’ll take to take it as a loss Horrible service
