- STSamantha TOct 24, 20252.0Prices are way WAY over the top, warehouse prices my behind. The joy of a cellphone, you can check real-time prices. Most of what I looked at on their clearance rack, was cheaper by $10 - $25 cheaper through amazon, or other online stores (not knockoff, but sold by the makers for discounts in online shops). So, yeah, no wasting gas, and save a couple bills. Was NOT impressed.

The staff’s behavior was less than satisfactory, and I received incorrect items, which led to a lot of confusion and inconvenience. I tried to return as defective but was advise that since I'd worn them, they can't resell them. I asked why they would resell a defective shoe, no one wants a squeaky shoe. They told me I could donate them for some points. Too bad, cute shoes that squeaks is now mine. I will not shop DSW again. Be careful not to buy a defective shoe or wear it out of your home before discovering it isn't well made.

They were so accommodating and friendly. The store always has a great selection of name brand shoes and accessories, is clean, and the staff are always helpful.
