I purchased some Dr Martens boots and first let me tell you about trying these things on first they only let you try on ONE shoe yep you read that right one shoe at a time so you can't even test your gait or know how the other shoe is going to feel with both on( I've had the experience of one being tighter than the other before) ok fine so I try on the other shoe and feel I should size up to a mens 8 this fits much better attendant bring out the box ..I can't even walk the box to the checkout I was told it would be waiting for me... annoyed but was fine with that as well make it up to the counter pay for shoes. Now later on I go to wear the shoes for an event and these shoes are freaking huge they are a women's 10 US( UK 8) not mens are you kidding me they gave me the wrong size shoes! So now I have these boots that I literally look like a clown wearing and time has expired on returning them double and triple check what they bring you out from the back...I will NEVER shop at this location or store again

During my phone call, I experienced an extended hold time and, unfortunately, encountered an unhelpful and dismissive representative. The representative's demeanor and lack of assistance were particularly frustrating, especially given previous experiences where I did not receive timely notification regarding order readiness for in-store pickup. This inconsistency in service has created a significant inconvenience and has negatively impacted my overall satisfaction with DSW. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate steps to improve customer service training and procedures. Improved communication regarding order status and a more supportive approach from representatives would greatly enhance the customer experience.
