Nice location. The inside is a little chaotic. It is separated by brand, not necessarily gender. Mens and womens will be mixed in together. Friendly staff. Good deals if you download their app.

So happy with the large selection available in store and the great customer service. Shout out to Sophia who helped me with an exchange yesterday. She was so friendly, unbelievably helpful and so knowledgeable about the products and services. A HUGe asset to that store.

Why send out a birthday coupon if you’re not going to allow it if it’s three days late.. no one can make accommodations to help anyone? Are we not in the Fox Valley. Which use to be the farm area. Threw away the coupon that the business spent money to send to me in their garbage at their store so they have to pay someone to take it out of their store and they had to pay to send it to me. Mm nobody will think about that..

For the most part, this was a good experience, if you don't blame them for not carrying much of my shoe size. I am unhappy with the shoe industry that they do not stock under size 8. Stupid. Anyway, clerks were helpful, but not creative. When there were no shoes my size in the one I wanted, they just stood there and looked at me instead of offering an alternative. Reactive, not proactive.
