Shelves looked picked over, with odd sizes left behind and styles that felt like last season’s leftovers. You’d think a “warehouse” would mean variety, but it was more like a clearance corner that forgot to restock. The store itself was clean enough, and the staff were polite, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of decent choices. If you’re hoping to find something new or on-trend, save yourself the trip and shop elsewhere. DSW used to feel exciting—now it just feels empty.

- PSPraveen SriramAug 4, 20254.0Never coming here ever again and filed a formal complaint with corporate on how I couldn’t return a shoe I only wore 1 time in the house. I promise you I will never ever come here again in my whole life and will tell my friends and family not to. Go to Nordstrom or Rack Room Shoes instead where their return policy is better. I’m chalking up this as a $55 loss but I will never ever do business with this establishment again in my life. They wasted my time and energy and I will vote with my money. Update- upgrading to 4 stars since I got a refund online minus a $8.50 fee and the store manager Karen personally reached out and apologized. I feel I should increase to 5 stars but I will wait to see how my next experience goes. Thanks for improving my day :).
