I have never been so insulted in my life. We were shopping in the clearance aisle in the back of the store. As we were leaving, Sandy, an employee, asked my partner if I put shoes in his bag. She was standing right in front of us! If I put shoes in the bag, she would have CLEARLY saw me do it. Her apology wasn’t sincere at all. I will never shop here again. If this store has an issue with shoplifting, then maybe they should hire security. Sandy’s behavior was unacceptable.

Love the store but the customer service sucks. I bought sneakers wore them for 1 day. They were uncomfortable and type. They were in perfect shape. 1 mark on the sole of the shoe. They would not return them. Or give me any sort of credit. I was told by the Corporate customer service. That was the store policy. PS this is the store in Marlton!!!

Very helpful employee's. Employee at Check-out counter was exceptionally helpful. She went above customer service and help set me up a membership. I had a very pleasant experience.
