- FHFang HeKileyOct 10, 20253.0the older woman cashier (who seems new at the job) does not belong at a register. you simply cannot say things like “how should i know?” when a customer asks a question about payment. then i had to ask for a bag and when i said, “thanks very much, have a good day,” she wouldn’t even look at me. i’ve worked in service for twelve years and i get it: everyone has bad days and have dealt with difficult customers, but never have i ever treated a customer this way. this was my first visit to this store and i don’t feel comfortable returning. i finally had a day off after six months postpartum, but this interaction made me never want to go out again.

He took the initiaive to ask me if i needed help even though he was in the middle of moving a ton of boxes. He even got down and helped me search. He suggested we look in a section I hadnt even thought of. We found the shoes! He was awesome and went above and beyond to help. He’s a great assest to your team and I will be coming back to DSW Atlantic bc of his helpfulness and kindness.
