It's unbelievable but I was actually able to walk into the store and buy a pair of dress shoes that fit my size 13 EEEE feet! Got a belt to match. Ready for July wedding!

I had to make a return from an online purchase and ran into this location to return them. A polite, friendly and kind young man named Chris waited on me. I appreciated his quick and friendly service.

I received in the mail a "$25 Off Your $49 Purchase March 20-May 11" offer as a DSW VIP. We went to our DSW store located at 1705 Mall of Georgia Blvd, Buford, GA 30519 today to take advantage of the offer. We were surprised that 99% of the shoes were identified as "ineligible for promotion." After spending an hour searching for shoes that were not marked ineligible and finding a pair we liked, we went to the checkout. When the DSW employee scanned the shoes, we wanted to purchase and the barcode on our coupon she informed us after numerous attempts it would not accept. We asked if the shoes showed that they were ineligible? She just told us the coupon would not work. We said then forget it and she countered that we could have $12 off. We said no thank you. What a COME-ON! DSW offers a coupon for '$25 Off Your $49 Purchase,' then puts signs on 99% of their merchandise saying, "ineligible for promotion," then rejects the coupon, but offers a $12 discount. Just games and soured me on purchasing anything from DSW in the future. There are plenty of other discount shoe stores that don't play games.
