Katrina is an amazing salesperson. She was so patient with all my questions about waterproofing and quality. She helped me find the perfect boots in my size right in time for wet weather. Whatever they're paying her it's not enough!

The female staff is pleasant but the males profilede.the second I went in the store and stalked me around like peeping toms instead of helping me. It made me feel rushed and I comfortable. I ended up making a rushed decision; I purchased the first thing I found and those shoes started digging I to my ankles the first day I wore them.

No public restroom here. Makes it a little difficult to try on shoes with a full bladder. Otherwise plenty of parking and staff are always helpful.

went here with my cousin to buy some new shoes as she is an employee back at home. the manager that assisted us for her employee discount was super rude and unprofessional, made it seem like such a chore to process the transaction. the other employee there looked super uncomfortable when the manager was assisting us, i feel bad for her employees, can't imagine what they would go through with someone like that. so unfortunate that its the only location in boston......
