- DNDiana NicholsOct 24, 20255.0I come to this store almost once a week because I love their selection of shoes but also because DSW is absolutely the best company in the world when it comes to appreciating their customers!!!! They let you donate shoes once a week and you get credit on your account. They also constantly send emails for sales and good deals of the day. They recognize loyalty and reward you. Today (and last week) I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Yohannes and Alexa. I think Yohannes is the manager - not sure but he’s always got a friendly smile. Alexa is the most professional and skilled employee. She had my account information ready for me and she is very attentive to details. I always forget when my coupons expire but she had all my information ready for me today. She is very sweet and never makes me feel like the forgetful idiot I am. I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness I always experience in this store. Thank you DSW!
