- BBBreanna BentleyOct 21, 20251.0I had some shoes I brought in that I had bought just the day before…with the receipt to try to return because they were too small. The girl opened the box and said oh we can’t return these, these are worn. I said I only had them for one day. She said we can’t put these back on the shelf…handed me the box and told me to have a good day. I thought her snarky attitude was not pleasant at all and plus the shoes have no scuffs, mud or anything so I’m not sure the reasoning of how they look “worn”.

Both were on clearance AND I had a $5 off coupon. So I walked out the door with 2 pairs of shoes for $115 and I got a free gym bag as part of a promotion. Very happy!
- PNPragnya NayakSep 6, 20251.0I have bought tons of shoes from dsw. Bought a pair of Toms sneakers online which was loose on me. So I took it the very next day I received it to return with tags on. There was this snooty girl ( apparently her tag said she is a floor sales manager) said they can’t return it cause the bottoms are dirty per policy. I told her I never wore it. I just tried them on at home. If the soles are dirty then that’s how dsw sent it. And the tags are still on. She finally returned the shoes after a little drama. Bottom line never going to order anything from dsw online. When customers are returning shoes that they just received with tags on, giving them a hard time about returning is rude and uncalled for
