- FRFernando RenteriaOct 11, 20251.0Very bad experience with one of the managers,he was fallowing me inside the store the hole time,make me feel uncomfortable with my daughter. They should not have people like that working in the store. This is not the first time I go to this store but today it was one of the managers who treat me very bad . 10 11 ,2026 2:14 pm I spent $151.87 in the store.I strongly requested this guy should be removed as a manager. Thank you
- AMAB MSep 13, 20255.0Very nice experience here. Lots of shoes to choose from and great prices. Many items on sale. There is also a clearance section with great deals at 30% off. At checkout, Hailey gave me excellent service and helped me understand the process of ordering online at DSW website for a special Asics shoe. I highly recommend shopping here.

I walked in to check some shoes I saw online and the black lady with curly hair that was working as a cashier shouted to me that they close in 6min. It was 19:48 when I walked in. And another Gentleman came in at 19:54 the other guy waited for him by the door to tell him they’re closing. It’s like they are forced to work here. This is not the first time they are being super rude right as you walk in. They need to train their employees how to talk to costumers.
