- LPLaura PearseSep 29, 20251.0Their “return” policy is ridiculous as far as making someone wait 5-10 business days! Not to mention customer service at the corporate level is subpar. You call corporate and end up getting to speak to someone with very poor English from India that knows absolutely nothing about DSW or the shoes! NOT RECOMMENDED

- JRJa RaAug 16, 20251.0Terrible experience at this DSW because of one person. When I asked to speak to a manager, a Hispanic woman came over and claimed she was the manager. From the moment she opened her mouth, her attitude was hostile and dismissive. She was extremely rude, demeaning, and talked down to me in a way that was insulting and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I asked for her name so I could report the incident, she flat-out refused to give it. That says everything you need to know about her lack of accountability. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were kind, respectful, and even apologized for her behavior, which shows that they knew how out of line she was. Someone like this should not be in a leadership role. DSW corporate seriously needs to address this individual—she is a liability to the store and to the brand.

But the Hispanic woman who claimed to be the manager when I asked to speak with one was shockingly rude, demeaning, and downright disrespectful. She spoke to me in an insulting, condescending way, and when I asked for her name to file a complaint, she flat-out refused to provide it. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also felt discriminatory. Absolutely unacceptable for anyone, let alone someone in a supposed leadership role. DSW corporate should take a serious look at who they put in charge here, because the rest of the staff clearly know how to treat customers with respect—unlike her. I see another reviews as well about rude manager. So hope DSW recognizes this issue and takes necessary steps to resolve this.
