Horrible staff, I’ll never step foot in there again. Poor quality, uncomfortable and poor selection of boots this season.

Good selecrion of shoes, BUT the clearance section was very confusing. Typically, DSW will color code the price tag for the amount of discount that you would get for the shoes in the clearance section. . .. the Shoe boxes WERE color coded, BUT the colors really don't mean anything as the cashier gave a flat 30% no matter which color the price tag was. . . No signage stating that the color coding discount was no longer a thing. . . . Buyer be informed prior to your final purchase.
