Online doesn't allow exchange, you have to return. The store agents are not aware of policies. Neither they are equipped to help customers ... may be there needs to be periodic refresher courses and on boarding trainings to help customer better.

I went for Converse low tops they had a good selection just not in my size, But.... I did manage to grab a pair of comfy 👠 black straps with a big bow on the back of the heel and that's perfect for the tuxedo jacket I had tailored to fit my body up at the Concord Mall across from the fix it. phone. Another thing that I couldn't grasp was the two customers that only had one pair of shoes took them Soo long checking out like Nice spending time at the counter waiting for a bigger discount while the line grows in the back and the receptionist was doing her best I just don't like giving my personal info when I'm not doing an application for a credit card discount. Asked too much for little discount. No thanks 👍

Went shopping here today. It was Mother's Day..there was a sale going on. I'm a VIP member. My total bill came to $279 for 4 pairs of shoes. When I asked about the $20 off coupon for spending more than $100 I was told i could not get the discount because I did not have the DSW app on my phone. And I needed a barcode. What a load of BS. I SPEND amost t $300 in your store and you deny me $20 off because I don't have an app on my phone. Unbelievable. I will never come to DSW again. I will spend my $ from now on at locally owned and operated shoe stores. Extremely disappointed and all over $20. Shame on you DSW And when I got home to wear the $100 Dr. Martens, the secuity tags were not removed. Way to go DSW. Real great lack of customer service. Do you do any training to your staff? Or are you just hiring a body to stand there.
