I bought expensive Brooks sneakers from this place because they are supposed to be supportive for people with foot problems. They hurt so I brought them back, hoping to exchange for something else. When I told the cashier that they hurt my feet she repeated me as if in disbelief. She didn't really seem to care a whole lot and then she asked if I had worn them outside. I said I had worn them once, which was true. She said they couldn't take them back if they had been worn outside, which was something I found very frustrating. I accepted it and left but then realized I had never seen this policy anywhere or been told prior to purchase. I went back in the store and asked if it was posted anywhere. She pointed to a sign with some very fine print, something I cannot imagine anybody bothering to read particularly somebody who has older eyes like myself. I asked the girl if they would have taken them back had I lied because it honestly felt like I was being penalized for telling the truth. She said no because they can tell by looking at the bottom of the shoe. If that was the case then why bother asking? I should have just lied because now I am out close to about $160 for something they sold me that hurt. And how am I supposed to know whether they're going to feel good unless I wear them? I primarily wore them in my home but took them out once and what I get for that is extremely sore feet, out $200 almost, and rude customer service that wasn't really service at all. No apology, no nothing, just a blank look as if she could give a crap. I do not recommend shopping at this place, particularly if you are unsure of what you're buying like I was. The pain I am in is ridiculous and this just adds insult to injury. I should have asked to speak to a store manager but I was too frustrated. I hope I can at least save someone else from this type of situation with this review.

This place has a pretty diverse selection of footware. If you like being able to shop without a pushy salesman bothering you. Come here.
