  My grandson has a eye condition where he has to have special tinted red glasses. Not easy to duplicate. Rebecca worked with us to get the correct shade. Such great customer service !

  I broke my glasses (sat on them to many times) they were destroyed! They took the time and ground my lenses to fit new frames. They deserve more than a 5 star review, more like 15 stars. I was overly impressed with the service I received!. Staff was pleasant and went out of there way to help me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

  IN MY HUMBLE OPINION, Dr. PRITZ and her Associate are exceptional “EYE DOCTORS”! Dr. PRITZ IS A SUPERIOR EYE SURGEON AND IS RECOGNIZED FOR HER TREATMENT AND ABILITY TO CORRECT & RESTORE HER PATIENTS MOST COMPLEX CASES! HER 2 OFFICES HAVE THE MOST UPDATED EQUIPMENT, AND HER STAFF IS ALWAYS TAKING UPDATED TRAINING TO MEET AND ASSIST IN TESTING AND EVALUATING EACH PATIENT! I MUST ALSO ADD THAT THE OPTICIAN AND TECHNICAL STAFF ARE A DEDICATED GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE DEVOTED TO ASSISTING CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE FRAMES & SELECT THE OPTIONS FOR THE LENSES! LASTLY, THE OFFICE STAFF GREET EVERY PATIENT WITH A WARM GREETING.

  The very best eye care professionals. I saw Dr Buccafurni for a routine eye exam and contact lense fitting. Can’t say enough good things about her and her staff. Top notch from the Doctor to the techs and front reception people. Staff was very polite, friendly and professional.

  I wanted to say I've been coming there since I was about 20 till know I'm 55 know. I have vision insurance also I've been at my job for 39 years and the customer service and rules but there your rules . I feel things have changed not the pritz and gray I know and came to love it's very sad. The marmora office where I usually go you guys cut that down to 2 days. I don't feel welcome at the pleastville office . Of course the marmora office where I go a couple of them.know me ..but I walk out of the office after waiting months to get in in the pleastville office . Cause I didn't have My debit card to pay the 40.00 for the contact fitting I said I could pay tomorrow. Cause from pleastville to where I love is about 35 minutes .. they said I couldn't do that. Well unfortunately I'm trying to find a dr office that is open more hrs. Like you guys used too l work 6 days a week. . But your parents were the Best. I wish you well !!!!
