  I am so happy that I found this place. Even happier that I,personally, went in this time and didn’t send my husband. My car has been feeling off for about two years now and no one has been able to diagnose it correctly. I got my car back today and it feels like a brand new vehicle. The drive is super smooth no more weird noises, no more feeling like my car is going to just break down on the road. The tech (Duncan) listened to all my concerns and even got in the car with me to drive so I can point out what I’m feeling and what the sound is making. He made sure he took his time to even show me underneath the lift what was going on in my car. And before I picked it up, he personally drove it 4 miles to make sure everything was in pristine condition. The service manager Brian was also great. So much so, that he turned into my therapist and now I’m going to visit his church lol thank you to the whole crew!

  I had an excellent experience with Driven Auto. They were able to diagnose and fix my issue much less than I was quoted elsewhere. Very professional. Highly recommend!

  These guys are the absolute best mechanic in town. They’re knowledgeable and won’t miss anything, smart, reasonably priced, and most importantly of all honest and transparent. Not to mention they’re really nice guys. Another spot (Newman automotive - do not ever go there) misdiagnosed a problem and was going to ring me up to the tune of thousands of dollars for parts I didn’t need claiming they were defective. And even then their servicing of basic work was going to be overpriced anyways. Instead I took it here and they corrected identified the problem and fixed my current components simply and saved me lots of money. Can’t recommend enough.

  The staff was nice and friendly but, I brough my car in for a concern because my steering wheel was shaking while driving. I got my tires rotated and got my car back the same day. The steering wheel stopped shaking, but something felt off. My car started shaking a small amount and it felt weird, but i had a 20 hour road trip the next day and i did not have time to bring my car back into the shop to see what was wrong. I went on my road trip and my car felt awful. Vigorous shaking and bouncing the entire way, it was terrible. Once i got to my destination, i brought my car into a shop and was told that my tires were completely dry rotted and should have exploded on my trip. I was in danger and i was neglected the information that my tires were dangerous to drive on when getting them rotated. I was not safe and none of the staff informed me of the danger of my tires.
