Next year it will be 60 years that I have had insurance with State Farm. With several moves from Illinois to New Hampshire to California to Indiana. In my forty years in Indiana, I have been with Drew Federau's office and have been served by Sharon Sommerville. She is knowledgeable, efficient and personable. She has, more than once, bailed me out of a tough situation. While riding a train from Nevada to a train station in Illinois where my car was parked, I realized I had left my car keys at my daughter's house in Reno. My train was due in Galesburg, IL after dark on a Sunday. I called Sharon from the train. She called a locksmith in Galesburg who was at the train station when I arrived. He opened my locked door and I had my spare key in the car and drove home to Indy that night. You can't get that kind of service from an online insurance company. Sharon is someone I can call and someone whom I trust. I can recommend her without reservations.
