  New Overpriced Hello call dream team today Saturday because my turn off valve inside my basement for the water is dripping that comes from the road. The lady on the phone said is $69 but if you move forward with the repair it's taken off. The guy showed up I asked him how much it would be he said he would let me know soon and write up an estimate. He asked do I know where you turn off your water from the road. I showed him where it was. He turned off the water. Did his thing in the basement for the next 15 minutes or so. Probably was at the house for about 30 minutes and then he told me he's writing up the estimate. The estimate came out to be almost $750 to change one water valve. I asked him why so high? He broke it down $250 just to turn off the water from the road which I was there with him which took the whole of 2 minutes. Then he said parts ond labor which came to almost $750. I said no way why so expensive. He said I can call my boss to see if he can do better. I said no thank you. He turned on the water again and I paid him the $69 when he first came to the house I told him we were selling it and make him settlement on Tuesday. He definitely tried to rip me off. I have sense called other plumbers and they said this repair would take no more than 30 minutes to do and I have been quoted a quarter of the price. When we were at the road somebody stopped and ask him are you still running a 59.00 service fee to service the boiler. He said yes. So they'll come out to your house on service your boiler for $59. But yet he was charging me $750 to change one water valve. People please be aware. Shop around don't let them scare you into making the decision on the spot. I am in the construction . I definitely know they tried to rip me off

  We had a sewer line leak in our basement due to deteriorating and improperly installed cast iron piping from when our house was first built. Zack from Dream Team came out first thing the next morning to assess the situation. He conducted a thorough inspection inside and outside our home and kept us well informed of his findings. Even though there was a lot of work that needed to be done including repairing the deteriorated pipe and correcting the improper installation of the remaining line, Zack assured us that he would get the job done that same day. That was a relief to hear since we had to avoid using toilets or putting anything down the drains due to the leak. To remove the old broken and deteriorated cast iron pipe and install a new PVC line, he had to cut out some portions of the wall in our finished basement; however, he took great efforts to reduce the amount of drywall he had to cut out and worked hard to minimize damage to some permanent shelving that was installed against the wall. Zack obtained all the necessary replacement materials promptly and brought an assistant to help him. They worked tirelessly until late in the evening to make sure everything was complete and properly functioning and that all of the old sewer line components were removed and hauled away by the end of the day. All throughout the process, we were impressed by Zack’s professionalism, courtesy, hard work, commitment to quality, and respect for our property. We would definitely like to have Zack and Dream Team out again for future plumbing projects.

  We had an incredible experience with Dream Team Plumbing, Heating, and Electric. Eric came out first to do the diagnostic and was so realistic about the situation. He was friendly, honest, and really took the time to explain everything that was going on with our electrical system. He walked us through the plan step by step, what would be installed, and made sure we understood every part of the process. He even fixed a few outlets in the house that weren’t even included in the original work. When it came time for the installation, Liam came out to help with the outside electrical box and the wire connecting our house to the PECO line, while Eric handled everything inside, replacing the main electrical panel in our basement. They were both professional, respectful, and super easy to talk to. This was a huge decision for my girlfriend and me, but Eric and the team made the whole process painless and stress-free. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend Dream Team — 5 stars all around. Talk about a Dream Team — Eric and Liam were like Jordan and Scottie out there 🏀
