We've now been living here for almost two years, and looking back on the entire experience—from purchase to move-in, and everything since—we couldn’t be happier. From the beginning, your team provided excellent communication, always keeping us informed and supported through each step. That clear and consistent communication made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in our home continue to impress us. Even after nearly two years, we still find ourselves appreciating the quality and comfort you've delivered. We’ve also been incredibly pleased with the reliability of your team and the professionalism of everyone we've interacted with. The home warranty services in Atlanta have been responsive and dependable, which has given us ongoing peace of mind. Above all, it’s the people—those at the Adagio community office, the builders, service staff, and everyone behind the scenes—who’ve made this such a positive and rewarding experience. Your dedication shows, and it means a lot. Thank you again for not just building us a house, but a home we truly love.

  homeowner in this community and honestly I will not recommend this place, I have 5 months with a leak in the entire garage area, and after four repairs it persists. they don't know what the problem is… if you expect good finishes and quality for 500K this is not the right place… completely disappointed in this place that has only given me a headache from the beginning…
