  Farrah was professional, honest and helpful. Although a service wasn’t needed today, she helped me to understand my system and how to properly maintain it. I will be booking a yearly clean out and request Farrah. My home was built in 1935 and the grey water pipes are setting. I would highly recommend this company & Technician Farrah. Thank you Drain Remedy of Brockton for your swift response to my concerns.

  Highly recommend Drain Remedy! Greg is my hero! When my local DPW recommended Drain Remedy for service they were right! Greg arrived super quick and diagnosed the issue and explained everything that he needed to do. Greg was kind and just a great man! When Farrah arrived with the high pressure truck, they turned what was a horrible situation into problems solved in no time at all. Bless Greg and Farrah for their expert skills, communication and teamwork!!
