Kevin the security guard (who was at the front entrance on 11/1/25) is rude and disrespectful. He definitely needs customer service training in professionalism and deescalation; as well as an employee review. Regardless of the minor customer issue, there is no need for him to act so arrogant, egotistical and tyrannical. I won't be back for a while.

October 31, 2003 and October 31, 2025 , both days HALLOWEEN the need for mo-money definitely needed to be gotton.. I am extremely, grateful fo the Casino Queen being there to enhance my joy. Normally, I enjoy the atmosphere, especially when going home with something extra. Safety - the security staff are about their business allowing for enjoyment to playing the games

I don’t even know where to start but I’m gone keep it short. I don’t even know the server name but she suck. Like suck for real I don’t know if it’s because my table isnt full of men or what. But she came to this table one time dropped drinks off after that never seen her again. We’ve tried flagging her down a couple times she steady yelling one second and it’s literally been over an hourrrrr!!!!! She didn’t even bring our food someone else had to. She dark complexion ponytail with a bang. Then people be mad when you walk out on the bill. This is just ridiculous.

I booked around 10:30pm and made it around 11 to check in. Upon getting off the elevator to go to my room you could see stains on the carpet everywhere. The walls are dirty and when I went to my room I was also disappointed. After driving 8hrs all I wanted was to take a shower and go to bed. Instead I get a dirty room that has is covered with stains on the carpet, bad smell, and a dirty tub. The only thing clean was the sheets. I felt disgusted being in the room.on top of that when I checked it I pair an additional 100 which I know is a deposit however that was not stated on the site when I booked. I shortly went to the front desk and asked them if it was too late to cancel the room and she asked why and I explained to her and she said she would cancel it. Now I am having to find some place else to stay due to the false advertising of this place and it being so filthy. I am also worried when I will get my $329 I paid back due to me not even receiving a cancellation confirmation email. Imagine this disappointment a day after getting married.

If I could have checked out and gone to another hotel I would have. If your going to charge a 100 deposit at check in please atleast have cabinets that aren't falling off hinges. Ive stayed at cleaner $50/night hotels. The location is good and the casino staff were so friendly. Upon checking in we dropped our bags and left for the night. When we came back that is when we noticed how gross the room was. I turned the air on and an awful smell came from the unit and you can see in the pictures why... I called the front desk and was told they would be to the room in a few minutes, after 25 minutes I went down to the desk and was told the lady I spoke to left for the night. The desk attendant hesitated about changing our rooms but then gave in and the next room was no better.
