  I came in late afternoon to try on some boots I saw online, ended up falling in love with a different pair. The two staffs here this afternoon are super sweet and helpful, especially the lady with dark hair and a shining pair of Dr. Martens. She made good suggestions, and gave advices about how to select the right ones and how to take care of them. The store’s a bit small on the outside but they have a pretty decent selection. Definitely gonna come back and get my new boots here! Edit: I got them!

  The Dr Martens brand is a phenomenal shoe to begin with, but the customer service at the walnut street store by Zoe and Ryn are above and beyond. This shop should be a must stop by on your shopping tour of Philadelphia, students get a 10% discount, there’s no tax, and you’ll get a great pair of shoes to last a lifetime
