  Shopped there last weekend in June. Amaya and Bianca were fantastic. Able to help me figure out sizing, recommended insoles for when neither size was quite right, provided phenomenal customer service. Only problem? Store was like an oven and all they had was this tiny little standup fan to move hot air around. Those girls must have been MISERABLE (and never let it show even a tiny bit). Their manager needs to get AC units in there so people aren’t rushing out of the store, desperate for a breeze.

  Service is good but their store hours on google and their actual store hours are off. I ended up having to make 2 trips because they weren’t open before 11. I told a staff employee about this and they said thanks but it looks like no one has updated the hours yet and this was 2 weeks ago.

  I decided to buy my first pair of docs after years of buying cheap boots that don't last long. I think it was Aaron who helped me out (I'm bad with names, so I'm so sorry if I got the name wrong...). I knew the style I liked, so I just had to try on the sizes, and he gave me more info about what I'd need to know breaking them in! The store was very clean and organized, too. I'm so glad I came here instead of ordering online!
