  Great service! Got two pairs yesterday and almost didn't buy one of them because my feet are quite narrow so it didn't feel snug. The stock manager suggested to add an insole and it fit perfectly afterwards. Its still a little big for me, but I got a lot of compliments and I can't wait to wear the other boots too! Very happy going into that store and meeting the staff, really top notch service.
