  Black Manager had a horrible attitude. Insinuated that I was lying about a return, when she didn’t even take the time to completely return my items. Drove an hour to get these items returned before stores closed. I shop here a lot & I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. She said the date didn’t match I asked her to take a closer look because it may have faded she proceeds to say “I don’t see anything” & didn’t even take a second to look. I even in the beginning of the conversation said I’m sorry I don’t mean to be difficult because the receipt is faded. She had an attitude the entire time !! I have about 10 pairs of dc martens & no reason to ever lie. If you don’t like your job why are you working here ??

  Had a great experience buying my first pair of Docs. Miguel knew exactly what he was doing and spent the time to give recommendations and thoroughly explain everything from how the shoes were made to how to maintain them. Would recommend going in to try the shoes as each of the models have different fits. Thank you for the great experience Miguel.

  Stopped by on my way home, and I’m so glad I did! Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a pair of Docs. I was helped by Angelique & Damien, who were both veryy patient and helpful. Angelique offered a lot of knowledge about caring for the shoe leather. I don’t write reviews often, but I’m thankful we have this store in the neighborhood - it’s staffed with wonderful people and quality shoes 🥾🎀
