  I came in yesterday really wanting a pair of Mary Jane’s and the sweetest employee with short blonde hair and the coolest eye liner, I didn’t catch her name, helped me find my dream pair!! Her customer service was above and beyond, I could tell she was so genuine in her connections with each customer, including a young girl. People like her make coming to the mall such an enjoyable experience.

  Staff was super helpful with myself and my wife. Despite ultimately not getting anything, the ladies that helped us were so extremely pleasant and knowledgeable during our entire time at the store. Thank you once again!

  Addy was the best!! She took time to explain the different styles and helped pick out the best fit for us. She encouraged us to use the dubbin balm to give our new leather-looking docs a darker and more weathered look, and after getting to have a wonderful conversation about some great podcasts, she gave us a special discount! This amazing experience is 100% the reason I'm going back and if you're reading this review before heading into the store, get that chick a redbull! She really deserves a lil treat for how much work she puts into making the store feel so welcoming!
